I admit I watch a ĺot of YouTube. It's mostly for movies, and the video creators I subscribe too. But what I notice coming through my algorithm of something I never searched for was arguments, debates and match making with people of color.
I scrolled pass these videos until I got nosy, and started looking at them to see what they were all about. They disturbed my spirit.
I've said and will continue to say that we need each other. These relationship videos are centered around people who have begun to do their own personal healing giving other people advise on how to date. What type of person to be with or not be with.
It's all about connection. Going deeper than surface level to find the person your trying to find. Because when you do go surface level andcboth of you can be honest and transparent you can heal through each other. If that makes sense. It starts with one doing the initial work. Growing that relationship in a way that works for the both of you.
You're supposed to be loving and growing together. As a unit. You will always be growing and developing personally, but even in that you and your partner should always be developing together.
I had a hard time uploading the full video called, The Feminine Ear: The Men Are Talking.
Robin Mason got a group of men together to express honestly and with transparency their views on relationships. It was done with class, and the men elegantly expressed their views.
Then at the twenty minute mark a man by the name of Dr. Bobby Price said these words that summed what we are witnessing on the internet very well.
