Panama's Black Goo

                                   

If you're not aware of the Black Goo story, then let me catch you up real quick.  Ken, a man who lives in Panama was outside recording when he caught on video something that dropped from the sky. When he approached the area he came upon a small fire that he put out,  where he retrieved a small metallic rock. It looked like a metallic potato.

Ken took the meteor put it on a plate and placed a glass bowl on top of it.  Some days later Ken noticed that when he placed leaves on top of it, it would burn a hole through the leaf. When he touched the metallic shell with his bare hands there was no harm done to his skin. 

A few days later the metallic shell cracked open to reveal the sentient being inside. 

The being was still contained on a plate with the clear glass bowl over it. 

Ken noticed the being would grow when exposed to light. And grow it did.  He showed cutting some pieces from the being bottling it up. So, there are more Black Goo beings out here besides the one Ken had. Venom comes to mind.

The Sentient being grew so much it had to be transferred to another container. Ken told of how there was an attempt of this being, being stolen from his possession.   Ken then moved the Black Goo looking creature from the box he had it in to a safe. When he showed himself handling this being after it hatched his hands would be covered.

This event in Panama is not random. It is tied to the larger shifts of October, the portal openings, and the ongoing conflict between oppressive forces and benevolent ones. While the presence of “black goo” is not here to help humanity, it is being watched and can be destroyed by higher forces. The benevolent ships arriving are not here to harm us, they are here to support our Ascension and to end long-standing oppression. Fear tactics like Project Bluebeam may be used to confuse humanity, but discernment and awareness will cut through the illusion.

   There are still  people who do not believe that there are other sentient beings in the universe besides us. I find this narrow minded that one doesn't understand that there are other sentient beings who are more intelligent than we are.  The universe is so vast. Science is coming to the conclusion now that there are other universes besides our own.

     There are some who look like humans, some like reptiles, some like elephants, cats. Some are benevolent, while some are malevolent.  There are some who live among us, some in the earth, some are watchers, some mostly the malevolent ones have there hands in the play of how our government functions.

     The benevolent ones who blend in with us seek no harm they are just here to have the experience,  or they are here because something is happening with there home world.  Needless to say they have been visiting Earth for billions of years..

     When I was about eight or nine I had my first experience with a sentient being. That being is what is now known as the "black eyed " , who most people experience as children that just show up and won't go away.  Well that was not my experience.    This was back in the 1970's, and I was about eight or nine. My mom had my godfather drive her to buy a mattress for my brother. So, the box spring was on the bottom and the mattress was on top of the box spring mattress. Back then the box spring had a sheer white covering under it.

 Getting it as secure as possible we headed back home driving on the freeway. I noticed a car driving next to us honking, and a man who got my godfathers attention told him the mattress was about to fall off. My godfather pulls over on the freeway to adjust the string holding down the mattresses.  I'm ready to just get back to the house. My brother was in the backseat with me, and I recall just hearing cars zoom by us. I lean my head back on the seat looking at the sheer white covering on the box spring mattress, I closed my eyes, and then all of a sudden I feel a shift of energy. My brother is not moving, my mother in the front seat is not moving, my godfather is no longer moving around the car adjusting the string to the mattresses, and I no longer hear the cars zooming by on the freeway.

     When I opened my eyes still looking up into the thin white covering on the box spring, I noticed there's a brown skinned boy inside the box spring  just lying there on his stomach with his eyes closed. He was young but looked to be a little older than I was, and he had a small afro. I guess he felt I was looking at him trying to figure out how the hell he got into the box spring.  He opened his eyes and they were completely black. The whole eye. We just stared at one another for at least a minute and a half. I then smiled and waved to him and he repeated my gesture. He had pretty white, straight teeth, but his upper canines were about one and a half to two inches longer than a humans. I kept looking at him for a few more minutes than sat my head up. I went to reach to touch my mother's shoulder to tell her what I just saw, but as I got close to touching her shoulder something made be pull back. When I did I again felt the energy shift, and then things started moving again.

     This experience is what brought me into  knowing that other entities besides us do exist.

I've  experienced other strange things when I was younger that I will not mention here.

     I've had a dream about a sentient race, that I had to find out who they were. That wouldn't  happen until 2013, when I came across this ebook called 82 Alien Races. During this time in my life I had been researching some of everything dealing with Spirituality, the history of earth which lead me to researching more on extraterrestrials. I was Alice continuously being lead down one hole to another than got deeper, and was answering the questions I had. I was finding pieces to my puzzle that needed to be fixed.

   Going through that ebook I learned of the benevolent and malevolent races of beings, and then I found my race of being who I dreamed about, and I was shocked, then happy to have found them.

     They are the El-Manouk.  In the dream I heard them speaking telepathically to one another. One was speaking in my defense , but the Elder, I guess, he was kept telling him that I was not ready. For what I don't know. 

"They come from constellation Grus near star  Alnair. They are considered to be one of the most peaceful races. They created the alliance of the “5 races ” but are not part of it. Those are 5 races that protect our planet from “darker”races. According to the Arb they “coined” the sentence  “5 Universes , 2500 species , 1 Race.” Last seen on Earth on september -2002.”


     While looking through this ebook I also came across another race of being that I had seen as a child. The dark eyed people. In the book they are called Killy-Tauk or K-Arr.

“This race come from constellation Vela , near the star Suhail Al Muhlif . They grow 2 meters high and live up to 200 years. They can shape – shift but are incredibly hard to detect .what When they do it the only thing they cannot change is the size and colour of their eyes. They are one of the olders know alien races. They do abduct humans.”

     It would be in 2015 when I would see another entity but this time consciously.  I was lying in my bed relaxing with my eyes closed when I would start getting visions of black male faces appearing to me, smiling. The faces of the men I had never seen before in my life. They would come at me one behind another. I thought it to be strange at first. Then for two more days when I would relax and close my eyes they would still appear.  OK, I'm thinking maybe my cosmic family checking in on me.  They were always men I never saw the women. Then one day as I was relaxing, as soon as I closed my eyes I was transported to the beach. The sun was high but it wasn't hot. The water was beautiful and clear. I looked before me and standing there was a woman dressed in all white. White hat that was covered in gemstones of all types. Her dress was white with gemstones going down the front of her dress.   Remember this is not a dream. I am not sleeping just closed my eyes to rest, but still conscious. We look at one another for a moment then she moves quickly toward me. Not walking but like she was slithering. She was brown skinned, beautiful, and tall.  She bent her face down to mine, and then placed her hand on my heart. I felt a surge of warmth and love and peacefulness run through me.  I was picking up a vibe that she was a Naga. 

   When you view Sci fi movies such as Star Wars or Jupiter Ascending they used some of the entities that where listed in the ebook. I think George Lucas is privy to more information on the star beings though.  In Jupiter Ascending the Alpha Draconian and the Teros(the being that looked like an elephant) was used in the movie.

     I recently saw a post that stated President Obama was to give a disclosure announcement before leaving office.  Will he? I would like to keep positive, but I don't  think so. If learning about what is around us and out there in the stratosphere is your cup of tea,  then it's up to you to do your research.  Take what resonants with you and leave everything else by the roadside. It's about discernment. There's a lot of fear about other sentient beings where there should be none for some. For the malevolent  ones, well they know their time is running out, and they're  scared, so they throw that fear on to us.  Keep your vibrations high with things you love and make you happy. It's one thing to fear and another to be conscious and aware of things around you as well as outside of you. 

Some things to get you started on your journey. If you don't do much reading you need to get back into it. Grandma always told me they hide knowledge from you in a book.

Galactic Help for the Earth?

I was scrolling through my tablet Thursday April 13, 2016, just to clean out the stuff that I was no longer using when I came upon a article titled, "WARNING To All Keepers of The Royal Assets Global Circular 21st March 2016".  I don't recall when I downloaded this article or why I downloaded this article, but reading through it I found it very interesting.  There is a lot going on not only in Our world here on Earth, but in the Galactic.  From reading this, the warning comes from the Galactic Federation, and Kameran Abdul-Rahim Faily is their representative.  I then went online and found another article posted by Kameran Adbul-Rahim Faily, that was a follow  up to the first one that was posted through Project Camelot, so was the first as a PDF.

 

Do I take this seriously, well yeah, I kind of do, because there are entities who are not acting right, in this Free Will part of the galaxy, and this warning makes things plain to them. It also is a warning about being keepers of different assets and treasures that they are entrusted to protect and guard.

 

 I looked in the sky on Thursday morning the day after reading that article, which I will post here, as well as link to, and all day that day I did not see one Chemtrail plane in the sky.  Have you seen them lately?  Could it all be a slick gimmick by corporations or the government, yes, that's a possibility as well, but the message is powerful.  Read and decide for yourself.  Bottom line in all of this is, you are your only savior.

This is an update from the perspective of The Ancient Royal Families (aka “The Royals”) of the

 

current serious world events - especially those unfolding in the Middle East and in The BRICS

countries. Discussed are the real issues that are manifesting on the ground, as well as the

concerns of The Royals regarding the behaviour of the Global Community towards The Royal

Assets and concerns over their Keepership in general. So let us start with a bit of history as an

introduction.

Who are The Royals?

 

 

The Ancient Royal Families – not to be confused with the kings and queens of the current day

 

or the Dragons one hears about- are hardly mentioned in the news and that is how it is

supposed to be. The Royals for millennia have been looking after the planet, its treasures, its

land and occupants under the covenant known as “Mandate from Heaven”. They are

 

answerable to the Galactic Councils. The Royals own the title deeds of ALL of the lands and

are the ones who own the title of the “Public Land”, all the remaining land as being under

“Fair Use Keeping” and are the backers of ALL currencies in the system. As stewards of the

planet, they sub-let the land to “Implementers” who look after the running of the land for the

benefit of it’s upkeep and that of their occupants. Sometimes other Ancient Families become

 

Implementers and if Implementers use force and coercion, then they are termed as

“Dragons”. For example, Queen Elizabeth II is and Implementer and not part of The Royals, so

 

this should not be a matter of confusion. Sometimes they are given to groups or parties to

form governments and therefore use their Central Banks to manage some aspects of the

interface between The Royals and the Implementers. In recent history, The Committee of 300

was used for this interface, but now this organisation is no longer in operation and a new one

is in the process of being setup.

What are Keepers?

 

 

All of those working on behalf of The Royals as Implementers are also called “Keepers”.

 

Keepers have the obligation of the upkeep of the assets under their remit, including looking

after earth, heaven, natural resources, water and air, as well as the living beings therein and

the people who are benefitting. They are also responsible for the safety of the treasures

stored in the land and are not to touch them or handle them without explicit consent. Part of

these treasures are those held for the future of humanity and others are brought from outside

 

of the planet for safe keeping on behalf of the different Galactic Councils. So “Governments”

are Keepers looking after the land called “Countries” and their people on behalf of The Royals.

For The Royals to manage these countries, then corporations – with the same name as the

 

countries - are used to manage the accountability of such keeperships; and their Central Banks

are then associated with these corporations and their accountability.

What are Global Agreements?

 

 

As long as the Keepers are looking after the people and all the assets under their Keepership,

The Royals normally let the Keepers be, with 70-year Global Agreement/Mandates used to

manage the Keepership programs. The last 70-year agreement made with The Royals was in

Bretton Woods Conference in 1944. This agreement included the agreement on the release

of funds into to the system and the major global development programs to uplift the

developing countries into a better state of being. This agreement ended 70 years on during

2014 with a temporary extension taking place, having the last funds made available as of the

middle of October 2015. After which ALL Global Accounts were returned back to The Royals.

As of the beginning of January 2016, no new agreements have been made and no new

releases have been affected. A new agreement is currently being put forward called “The

Global Peace Treaty”, details of which are being finalized before being presented to the Global

 

Community.

What are Keepership violations?

 

 

During the latter part of the Bretton Woods agreement years and ever since its ending, there

has been a worrying trend of violations and offences that have taken place against the Global

Assets and the Keepership system as a whole. But before going into these violations, let us

look into the different types of offences that The Royals are noticing which are of concern:

• Type 1 Offences are those who directly/aggressively come against The Royals and/or

 

Assets. The remedy is complete removal of the aggressors and the forfeiting of their

Keepership, as well as the removal of ALL others that have provided material/logistic

support to them.

• Type 2 Offences are those that have mishandled Royal Assets, like exposing the assets

 

without Explicit Authorization. The remedy is the forfeiting of their Keepership, as well

as ALL others that aided and abetted in these crimes.

• Type 3 Offences are those that have neglected their Keepership role, like neglecting

 

the defence of the assets and/or not providing enough logistical support for their

upkeep. The remedy is the forfeiting of their Keepership and restoring the damage

caused.

It is clear from the above that The Royals regard the upkeep of Keepership as an important

part of the global system and view with seriousness any violation committed by the Keepers.

 

 

 

 

What Violations are or about to take place?

 

 

There are a string of violations that have or about to be taking place, for which a stringent

“WARNING” is now given with associated “Cease and Desist” and “Imminent Declaration of

Loss of Keepership”:

1. There are currently gathering of forces attacking ancient Royal Assets in both Syria and

Iraq, as well as others waiting in the wings in readiness to join in the attacks. The Royals

 

view these attacks and these gatherings as directly coming against The Royal Assets and

therefore are Type 1 Offences and violation of Keepership. ALL parties are hereby

 

WARNED, are to CEASE AND DESIST and are given now IMMINENT DECLARATION OF LOSS

OF KEEPERSHIP. ALL PARTIES ARE TO RETURN BACK FROM ONCE THEY CAME FROM AND

TO STOP THE ATTACKS IMMEDIATELY. ALL Countries, Intelligence Agencies, Military,

Families and other Organizations who are involved in these violations are TO STOP

IMMEDIATELY AND GO BACK. A “Declaration of Loss of Keepership” including

“Enforcement Action” will immediately follow if even ONE FOOT is placed into any of

 

these two countries by the participating parties. Furthermore, ALL Countries that harbour

or support such groups, or are not in control of their internal keeps to stop these groups

from freely operating within their regions, will have committed Type 3 Offences and

violation of Keepership. Similar warning and actions are be acted upon them. No further

 

warnings will be given.

2. Furthermore, there are currently Royal Assets being exposed for either sale, theft or

placed as guarantees in the financial system. None of these sales or guarantees are

 

authorized by The Royals or have the blessings of The Royals. If in doubt, then please

contact myself or the relevant authorities to validate these transactions. The Royals

regard these illegal activities as Type 2 Offences and violation of Keepership. This

 

includes but not limited to the BRICS Bank, which has illegally used the guarantees of Royal

Assets without explicit authorisation. ALL parties are hereby WARNED, are to CEASE AND

DESIST and are given now IMMINENT DECLARATION OF LOSS OF KEEPERSHIP. ALL PARTIES

ARE TO RETURN BACK ALL THE ASSETS AND GUARANTEES AND TO STOP THE VIOLATIONS

IMMEDIATELY. ALL Countries, Intelligence Agencies, Military, Families and other

Organizations who are involved in these violations are TO STOP IMMEDIATELY AND

RESTORE THE ASSETS. A “Declaration of Loss of Keepership” including “Enforcement

Action” will immediately follow if further violations have taken place by the participating

 

parties. No further warnings will be given.

3. Furthermore, there are currently authentic and tangible reports of Planet Earth shortly

to go through an extended period of sever space-weather events, affecting the lives and

 

livelihood of everyone on the planet, as well severe disruptions to the normal way of life.

The setup of contingencies for the general population and contingencies for ALL of The

Royal Assets are hereby expected to take place by ALL Keepers. ALL Keepers are to report

back to The Royals their preparation plans for the overcoming of such events. The lack of

reporting or contingency or the disruption to the smooth running of the services under

their Keepership will be regarded as Type 3 Offences and violation of Keepership. A

“Declaration of Loss of Keepership” including “Enforcement Action” will immediately

 

follow if the violations are found to have taken place. No further warnings will be given.

 

 

4. Furthermore, there are currently authentic and tangible reports that Royal Assets under

the Keep of The Vatican is reportedly under threat of attack by other groups as a way of

settling internal scores. The Royals view these potential attacks as disturbing. These

attacks will be regarded as directly coming against Royal Assets and therefore are Type 1

Offences and violation of Keepership. ALL parties are hereby WARNED, are to CEASE AND

 

DESIST and are given now IMMINENT DECLARATION OF LOSS OF KEEPERSHIP. ALL PARTIES

ARE TO CANCEL THEIR PLANS OF ATTACK IMMEDIATELY AND TO START NEGOTIATING TO

RESOLVE THE ISSUES BETWEEN THEMSELVES. The use of prohibited weapons will not be

tolerated. The Royals are not interested in being absorbed in mediating such issues

between Keepers. ALL Countries, Intelligence Agencies, Military, Families and other

Organizations who are involved in these violations are TO STOP IMMEDIATELY. A

“Declaration of Loss of Keepership” including “Enforcement Action” will immediately

 

follow if even ONE Royal Asset is negatively affected by the participating parties. No

further warnings will be given.

5. Furthermore, there are occasions when reports circulate of some Keepers preparing to

use Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) in their conflicts, to be in control of the

situation. The use of WMD on their own regions or against the Keepership of others are

by necessity Type 1 Offences and violation of Keepership. ALL parties are hereby

 

WARNED, are to CEASE AND DESIST and are given now IMMINENT DECLARATION OF LOSS

OF KEEPERSHIP. ALL PARTIES ARE TO CANCEL THEIR PLANS OF WMD ATTACK

IMMEDIATELY AND TO START NEGOTIATING TO RESOLVE THE ISSUES BETWEEN

THEMSELVES. ALL Countries, Intelligence Agencies, Military, Families and other

Organizations who are involved in these violations are TO STOP IMMEDIATELY. A

“Declaration of Loss of Keepership” including “Enforcement Action” will immediately

 

follow if even ONE Royal Asset is negatively affected by the participating parties. No

further warnings will be given.

What are the next steps?

These due warnings are hereby given and is expected that such warnings are heeded by ALL

Keepers. Failure to heed such warnings and if found that the violation has taken place, then

The Royals reserve the full right to take any remedial Enforcement Actions necessary against

the individual Keeper and ALL those who are supporting them. These matters are viewed with

seriousness by The Royals, so should similarly be done by ALL Keepers. ALL Keepers are aware

of their Keepership responsibilities and therefore these warnings are not conditional on the

individual Keeper receiving such warnings; for this document is just a re-enforcement and a

reminder of the responsibilities and consequences of violating the Keepership agreement.

Peace be upon you ALL,

This is a global circular to ALL Sentient Beings who are present in the vicinity of Planet Earth, Earth Moon and in-between. This is a declaration of Enforcement Action to commence shortly that are part of the Comprehensive Assets Protection Program (CAPP) measures, ensuring the continued protection of ALL Global Assets within this region of space as well as the preparation for future treaties.

What is Comprehensive Assets Protection Program (CAPP)?

Due to the ending of the last Global Financial Agreement with The Royals (October 2015) and the lack of immediate availability of a replacement program, as well as BRICS arrangement not achieving any traction, these caused different parties to try to force their own solutions on The Royals. Some opted to release assets under their keepership without explicit authorization – like that of BRICS. Others trying to sell the assets in the open/black market unsuccessfully. Others printing money without backup under the label of “Quantitative Easing” like (TARP etc.). Others fraudulently printing currency without authority like Iraqi Dinars (2005 and later). Others steeling from Global Accounts destined for humanitarian projects and instead diverting them to other uses like military spending programs. And last but not least, other openly challenging The Royals with the threat of the use of Scalar Weapons to destroy The Royal Assets on a grand scale.
For this and similar reasons and as part of preparations for “The Global Peace Treaty” that is about to be put on the world scene, the Galactic Council had authorised myself (Kameran Abdul-Rahim Faily) around January 2016 with the position/task of “Protecting the Global Assets”. This then instigated the planning, preparation and imminent execution of “Comprehensive Asset Protection Program” (CAPP), that have been agreed with The Royal Elders and The Earth Angelic Contingency to achieve such ends. The previous circular “WARNING To ALL Keepers of The Royal Assets, Global Circular 21st March 2016” was part of this preparation.

 

What are the imminent CAPP Enforcement Actions?
Regarding the CAPP Enforcement Actions, the followings apply across the board:

•   Those who cooperate, will not be arrested and will be given the chance of peaceful transition to the new state of affairs.
•   Those that do not cooperate, will be arrested and their command and support structure duly terminated.
•   There are those that are to be removed regardless due to them not being acceptable in the way forward.
•   Some actions apply immediately as of GMT Midnight 00:00 hours on 7th April 2016 (AKA MIDNIGHT), others apply 48 hours later GMT Midnight 00:00 hours on 9th April 2016 (AKA 48-HOURS).
•   ALL actions will be enforced by myself, The Royal Elders and Earth Angelic Contingency. No ET (AKA NON-LOCAL) forces will be involved.
•   The Enforcement Action will be within spherical space, with Planet Earth at its centre with an outward radius of twice the maximum distance of Earth Moon orbit around Planet Earth (AKA ENFORCEMENT-SPACE).
•   The stating of the actions are declared from the outside first, then continuing inward.
•   All actions are enforceable until further notice.The following Enforcement Actions are hereby declared:

1. ALL NON-LOCAL entities and their crafts are hereby asked to leave ENFORCEMENT-SPACE within 48-HOURS, unless their presence are clearly declared and confirmed with The Galactic Council. Any found remaining will be arrested and their crafts confiscated.
2. ALL entities including Earth Humans are to clear out Earth Moon and no living entity to remain on the moon within 48-HOURS. Any found remaining after the deadline will be arrested and their crafts confiscated.
3. ALL Earth Humans are either to leave ENFORCEMENT-SPACE or be within Planet Earth’s atmosphere within 48-HOURS. All crafts remaining thereafter are in violation, they will be liable to be arrested and their craft confiscated.
4. ALL Portals recently activated or later activate will be removed after 48-HOURS. ALL crew are to leave immediately or be arrested after the 48-HOURS deadline.
5. ALL Subterranean Entities are to return to their underground dwellings within 48-HOURS. Anyone found above ground after the deadline will be arrested.
6. ALL Military Spy Satellites and Weapons Platforms and their operation centres will be removed after the 48-HOURS deadline. If any of these are still active after the 48-HOURS or their crew remain, then their operating crew will be arrested.
7. ALL Weather Manipulation Platforms and Scalar Weapons Platforms will be removed after 48-HOURS. If they are found still active after the deadline or their crew still remain, then their crew will be arrested.
8. ALL Chemtrails Programs are to stop as of MIDNIGHT. Any program still remaining, then the equipment will confiscated, the airline will be severely penalised and their management will be arrested.

 

9. ALL Submarines, Submersibles, Aircraft Carriers, Nuclear Weapon Platforms, WMD Platforms, Underground Cities/Bases as well as their Command Centres will be removed after the 48-HOURS deadline. If any crew remain after the 48-HOURS deadline, then they will be arrested. This includes but not limited to NATO, NORAD and other military command centres across the planet. Those defence forces that do not carry WMD and are truly meant for the protection of their own countries, these establishments will be spared.
10. ALL Inelegance Gathering Apparatus including their listening posts, intelligence offices will be removed after the 48-HOURS deadline. Any crew remaining after the deadline will be arrested. This includes but not limited to CIA, NSA, FBI, Interpol, UN Peace Keepers and others.
11. ALL Covert Agencies and Criminal Institutions acting against the good of humanity are to be removed after the 48-HOURS deadline. Any crew remaining after the deadline will be arrested. This includes but not limited to MILABs, Satanist Covens, Child/Human Trafficking, Illuminati control structures, Mercenary Forces, Super-Soldier Programs, Mind/Media/News/Movie Control Institutions, GMO programs like Monsanto, Harmful Vaccination Programs, Environmental Poisoning (like Fracking) and others.
12. ALL Military Activities, Exercises and Attacks are to stop as of MIDNIGHT. Anyone found in violation as well as their command structure will be arrested and their equipment confiscated.
13. ALL leaky Nuclear Power Stations are to be shut-down within 48-HOURS and will be removed off-planet after the 48-HOURS deadline.

What are the next steps?
These due warnings and declarations of Enforcement Actions are hereby given and is expected that they are heeded by ALL. The Galactic Council views these matters with seriousness and so should others. Nothing in the above Enforcement Actions violate any freedom of choice and instead they ensure that this freedom continues for future generations. To plan for future progress, these actions are found to be necessary going forward.
