If you're in Detroit, and want something to eat, food reviewer, The Hungry Man, has put together a taste fest in Palmer Park, today, August 29, 2026, until 8pm.
There are food trucks there as well as business owners selling their goods.
I didn't see any food trucks selling vegetarian/vegan food. My daughter didn't get anything. They had Nu Wave Inn out there so I got some fish.
They have a DJ out there, and the Detroit Police and Sheriff are out there too.
There's supposed to be a splash pad for the kids.
So, go check it out, and patronize some small businesses.
